To get the most out of your clean, we recommend that you pick up loose items from floors and countertops prior to your housekeepers’ arrival. This enables them to concentrate all of their effort on the deep cleaning.

We service a wide variety of clients with many different sensitives and needs and have spent decades refining our products to address those needs while providing the best clean possible. We have two products that contain chlorine bleach, used to sanitize areas of special concern. However, we are happy to use any alternative product that you prefer.

Yes! Housekeepers are encouraged to build relationships with their clients, in order to provide the best possible service. We have regular teams in each of the neighborhoods we service. Don’t worry though, if one of your regular housekeepers is out for any reason we will send another team to ensure your house is taken care of. If its regular business hours, chances are your housekeepers are within a few blocks of your home at this moment 🙂

We don’t solicit tips, but if you think the housekeepers did a great job they really appreciate it!

You can pay the housekeepers cash or check directly at the time of service. In addition, we offer automatic credit card billing for regular customers. If you’d like to pay with a credit card, please give our office a call and we can set you up.

Housekeepers will typically arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time.

Normally our housekeepers work in teams of two. However, sometimes they will have a third helper assigned to the team if they need it.

The housekeepers come fully equipped, but we are happy to use any cleaning product you prefer, just let your housekeepers know where to find it.

Your housekeepers are human so occasionally they may miss something; not to worry, we guarantee all of our work 100%! If you are ever unhappy with anything, give us a call and we’ll promptly fix the mistake at no charge.

Most of our clients are away when we clean for them. To avoid taking keys, we give out security keylock boxes similar to the ones realtors use. They're free to all regular service customers. Just put it on or around your entry door the morning of your service and go about your day; we’ll lock up when we’re done and leave the key for you in your lockbox. If you need a key lockbox just give us a call and we’ll drop one off for you.

No problem at all, if it is something small, you can ask your team directly or leave them a note. However, if the task requires more than a few minutes, we ask that you give us a call so that we can schedule a bit more time.
